Initiating a Return

    • Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Our team will provide further instructions.

Return Authorization

    • Once your return request is approved, we'll give you detailed instructions for the return.

Packaging the Item

    • Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
    • Include the original packing slip and contact information.

Shipping the Return

    • Send the return package to the address given by our customer support.
    • Use a trackable and insured shipping method for security. Keep the shipping receipt for your records.

Inspection and Refund

    • Upon receipt, we'll inspect the returned item(s) for eligibility.
    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund times vary based on your payment provider. You'll be notified via email once the refund is processed.

Please Note:

  • Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective items.
