SHIPPING
How can I track my package?

Tracking is only available for certain product orders. If there is tracking available, you should receive an email with it after your order is placed. If it isn't automatic, we will email you it directly!

REFUNDS
How do I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on coffee beans. For other products, refunds will only be made if there is evidence of damage from shipping or malfunction upon receipt. Please take video of receiving the product to eliminate any doubts.
